A little more about me..
My sister-in-law has been telling me for years that I should be a professional organizer.
I think she’s on to something..
I see the missing pieces quickly. I understand how things could flow better. I know how to bring order to the swirl without making it rigid, and without making you feel managed.
But here’s what a job title doesn’t capture:
I’m also a single mom wrangling three teenagers into adulthood, an adventurous Colorado mountain woman, and someone who knows how to stay steady under pressure.
I’ve coordinated complex care, advocated for people who felt alone, created content and resources, led teams, planned travel, navigated self-supported river trips, ice climbed, summited 14-ers, and weathered fires, floods, divorce, and more reinventions than I care to list.
I tell you that not to impress you, but because I think it matters who you let into the inner workings of your business. You deserve to know what kind of person you’re working with.
One client recently wrote:
“Kathryn is very friendly and supportive. She really listened and was attentive to my needs, and even offered suggestions as to what would lessen the burdens of my issues. Thank you, Kathryn.”
I bring that same quality of presence, listening, attentiveness, and going-above-and-beyond care to every business I support.
I’m not here to simply check tasks off a list. I’m here to become the kind of support partner you didn’t know you needed, until you did.
If you’re a small business owner, coach, consultant, or creative founder who is tired of holding all the loose ends yourself, and you’re looking for someone clever, persistent, and genuinely invested in your success, I think we might be a really good fit.
I work best with honest people who want a true collaborative partner, not just a vendor.
