No. REWIRED is education and nervous-system support, not therapy. We focus on regulation, awareness, and practical integration without trauma processing or retelling your story.

Question #2: Do I need to know anything about the nervous system to do this?
Not at all. Everything is explained simply and experientially. Most people have never been taught this, and that’s exactly who it’s for.

Question #3: What if I’m really busy or low on energy?
This program is designed for real life. Practices are short, flexible, and optional. There’s no falling behind and no pressure to do everything.

Question #4: Will this make me confront people or have hard conversations right away?
No. We don’t force behavior change. As regulation builds, clarity and boundaries emerge naturally, without pushing or performing.

Question #5: What if I’ve tried therapy, coaching, or courses and nothing has worked?
That’s common. REWIRED works at the nervous system level, which is often the missing piece when insight alone hasn’t created change.

My Story

For years, I lived in cycles of anxiety, overgiving, and emotional exhaustion. I tolerated far more than I should have, not because I was weak, but because my nervous system learned to stay safe by staying agreeable. Even joyful moments left me depleted. I was constantly tracking everyone else’s needs while ignoring my own, and I kept ending up feeling abandoned, until I realized I was abandoning myself.

I did what conscientious women are told to do. I went to therapy. I relied on medications like Celexa and Ativan to cope. They helped me survive, but they didn’t teach my body how to feel safe. Despite being capable and high-functioning, I froze in conflict and overgave in relationships. Insight alone never changed my reactions.

When I learned about nervous system dysregulation, everything clicked. Working with my nervous system instead of overriding it changed how I moved through life. I became calm in moments that used to hijack me, and the constant fear trap fell away (I’m now medication free!)

As a Registered Nurse with a deep clinical background & training in nervous system physiology, I created REWIRED to guide women through this same shift; gently, practically, and without force.
